Delete your account
Worio is a mobile app — there's no web account. You can delete your account and data directly from inside the app, or by writing to us.
From the app
- Open Worio on your phone.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account, saved words, and progress are removed from our servers.
By email
If you can't access the app, write to us from the email address tied to your account with the subject "Delete my account".

What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Saved words and personal vocabulary collections
- Practice progress, streaks, and learning history
- Any preferences and personal settings
Things to know first
- Deletion is permanent. Once your data is gone, we can't restore it.
- Cancel subscriptions separately. Active subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play and need to be cancelled there to stop future billing.
- Anonymized analytics (with no personal identifiers) may be retained for product improvement.
- Legal records such as billing receipts may be retained where required by law.
